The Department of Road Traffic Planning and Engineering (Dep. RTPE) is headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Gerlach.

Our office is supervised by Ms. Ute Selbach. She is available for students and coordinates the administrative duties of this Department.

The scientific employees are Marius Balke, Felix Franke, Mike Gerlach, Mareike Hasenburg, Tanja Leven, Mathias Sonneborn and Nicolas Tix. They supervise the students in project and seminar work and process in research projects.
The student assistants will support the Department in teaching, research and administration.
